Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systemsOversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systemsDevelop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costsConduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issuesDevelop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projectsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovationsCommunicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutionsContinuously improve systems and save costs for clientsIdentify opportunities to provide additional services to clientsDevelop and implement innovative solutionsManage and maintain facilities and equipmentLeadership Expectations :
