- Ownership of relationships with LSPs serving customer's business.
- Ensuring LSPs are properly on-boarded into agreed operational process between KNIL and customer incl. connectivity between LSP and KNIL for transport instruction provision and / or for shipment status provision.
- Securing adherence of LSPs to agreed SOPs and LSP operational performance in line with the agreed KPI targets.
- Value creation for customer based on transport market knowledge / expertise / experience,as well as through efficient management of / collaboration with LSPs.
- Developing digital agenda with LSPs in terms of automation of operational process and realtimeavailability of shipment status information.
- LSP operational performance management (performance diagnostics, performanceimprovement, severe issue management)
- BCP, preventive actions, emergency management
- Value creation for customer in the areas of freight procurement (transport RFQ) supportand transport market intelligence update
- Change Management
- Escalations Management (from customer, KNIL business manager, KNIL operations)
