Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage annual marketing budgets, plans, and performance metrics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Branding & Communication
Strengthen corporate branding, visual identity, and brand positioning across platformsDevelop and manage corporate communication strategies, press releases, media kits, and internal communicationsEnsure consistent messaging across all internal and external communicationsDigital Marketing & Campaigns
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaignsManage website content, analytics, and lead generation strategiesWork with external agencies and creative teams for digital assets and promotional campaignsContent & Collateral Development
Lead the creation of brochures, presentations, videos, newsletters, and case studiesOversee content development for blogs, white papers, and thought leadership articlesSupport technical teams with bid documents, proposals, and marketing decksStakeholder Engagement & Events
Coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and webinarsBuild and manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and external partnersManage internal communications and employee engagement programsReporting & Analytics
Monitor KPIs related to brand visibility, campaign performance, and audience engagementUse tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and social media insights for reportingRecommend and implement improvements based on analyticsQualifications :
Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification in Digital Marketing or Content Strategy is a plusExperience :
10–15 years of experience in B2B / B2C marketing, corporate communications, or brand strategyIndustry experience in engineering, infrastructure, technology, or manufacturing is preferredKey Skills :
