⚡ We’re Hiring : Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads)

We’re  Art Therapy , a fast-growing D2C paint-by-numbers brand that believes creativity heals.

Now we’re looking for a  Performance Marketing Manager  who’s equally obsessed with  creative hooks  and  CTR graphs  — someone who knows how to make Meta ads feel human and perform like magic. 🎨📈

💼 What You’ll Do

• Strategize, execute & scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) end-to-end
• Build and manage performance dashboards (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC)
• Research audiences, creatives, and placements to find what converts
• Work closely with the content & design team to  craft thumb-stopping ad creatives
• Plan monthly budgets & campaign calendars aligned with brand goals
• Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and funnels — and translate learnings into actionable insights
• Stay updated with Meta’s latest features, trends, and algorithm changes
