Key Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring across multiple roles and locations (sales, telesales, customer service, etc.).
- Build strong sourcing pipelines using job portals, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and campus / job fairs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates effectively based on job fit, communication skills, and role readiness.
- Coordinate interview drives and manage candidate flow and logistics.
- Track and report metrics like daily sourcing numbers, interview-to-offer ratios, and joining conversion.
- Drive offer and joining follow-ups to minimize dropouts and ensure timely onboarding.
- Partner with business teams to understand hiring requirements and plan manpower fulfillment.
- Use recruitment tools / ATS for database management and reporting.
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives during high-volume campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong sourcing & screening capability for large-scale hiring.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and manage hiring drives across regions.High sense of ownership and target orientation.Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for daily tracking.Exposure to ATS or recruitment automation tools (preferred).Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).2–6 years of experience in volume / bulk hiring (telesales, BPO, , etc.).Experience in BPO, BFSI, or telecom sectors is an added advantage.Skills Required
