About The Role

Our newest Talent Acquisition Analyst at Vcheck will be responsible for supporting our small but mighty talent acquisition team and rapidly growing office in India. Duties will include everything from managing and publishing requisitions, interviewing candidates, recruitment coordination, university recruitment, and more. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, fun, innovative tech environment supporting our core recruitment function.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
  • Support the Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst with managing requisitions in our ATS, Rippling. Assist in generating and maintaining recruitment reports in Rippling and ensure data accuracy within the system.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities and colleges in Pune and across India to create a sustainable talent pipeline. Lead campus recruitment programs, including in-person visits, career fairs, and student engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at external hiring events and in-person job fairs, acting as an ambassador of our culture and values.
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Office and Culture Support

  • Partner with the HR and Culture teams to support internal engagement activities and culture-building initiatives at the India office.
  • Act as a connector between the recruitment function and broader organizational goals, helping to ensure our growing team continues to reflect and strengthen our culture and values.
  • About You

    Key requirements :

  • 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR roles, preferably within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven success in university relationship management and campus recruitment programs, including planning and executing career fairs, workshops, and hiring events.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and assessment methods.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and applicant tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • High integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
