How You'll Spend Your Time :
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to design and implement effective recruiting strategies across all roles in the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, maintaining consistent communication with both managers and candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the end-to-end candidate experience and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for analytics, pipeline management, and CRM capabilities.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to proactively attract high-quality talent.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function’s operating and project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost efficiency.
- Define and monitor recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and success metrics, sharing regular reports with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus hiring initiatives to build a strong entry-level talent pipeline and foster long-term engagement with academic institutions.
Requirements :
Qualification : Graduate / PostgraduateMinimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Big 4 or Top 20 accounting firms.Proven track record of successfully closing roles in U.S. Taxation, Audit, Accounting, and Advisory domains.Strong team management and leadership skills with experience mentoring recruiters.Proficient in diverse sourcing strategies, including headhunting, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in preparing recruitment analytics or dashboards.Website :
