Job Summary :
The Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies for our range of extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the international market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality control, and logistics, to ensure the successful export of our products to global markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research & Strategy Development :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.
Sales & Business Development :
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients and importers in target markets.Negotiate and close sales deals with international buyers, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.Manage and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.Export Operations Management :
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.Oversee the preparation of necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.Product Knowledge & Training :
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including the sourcing, processing, and quality attributes of Botanical extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products.Provide training and support to junior sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.Reporting & Analysis :
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in export sales, preferably in the Botanical extracts, Essential Oils or Organic industry.Skills :Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Key Competencies :
