Job Summary :
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Pursue leads on a daily basis.
Promote our new range of oils to clients across sectors including Cosmetic Brands, Flavor & Fragrance Houses, Pharmaceutical Companies, and Aromatherapy Brands.
Conduct in-person client visits to enhance engagement and maintain brand recall.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain and submit detailed monthly sales reports to track and evaluate progress.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
