Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager in the Real Estate sector located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, preparing sales reports, attending meetings with clients, and actively participating in sales presentations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Management and Real Estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development
Ability to prepare and present sales reports
Customer relationship management experience
Team coordination and leadership abilities
Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
