Real Estate Sales Executive

is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. The role involves showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance to buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and reach out to potential buyers through cold calls, networking, and referrals

Conduct property viewings and present real estate options effectively

Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties based on their budget and preferences

Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction

Maintain a strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitive properties

Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
