Sr IT Analyst

As the Sr. IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Subscription and License Management business systems (Zuora and Flexera). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and develop technology solutions to meet those requirements. Your role will involve performing system testing and ensuring quality assurance to deliver reliable and efficient business systems. You will provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive successful system implementations.

You’ll work out of our Gurugram, Haryana, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead the development and deployment of BA Digitization strategy, define roadmap and provide a pragmatic approach to problem solving in Subscription Billing and License Management Functions
• Develop a compelling contemporary IT- strategy vision for Subscription Billing and License Management
• Lead all BA IT initiatives in Subscription Billing and License Management areas
• Contribute to project risk management at idea stage and throughout the project, making plans to mitigate them and communicate to Project Manager
• Lead functional workshops, ensuring Global Design Model (GDM) is adopted and communicated effectively
• Creating a roadmap for the Subscription Billing and connected strategy portfolio
• Work with business IT partners, x-functional teams, Subscription billing and Corporate IT teams to ensure the stability of common processes and systems in Recurring Revenue Monthly processes and applications including Zuora, Flexera, Subscription Billing tools and processes.
• Identifying and delivering the business benefits for the Subscription Billing function and actively enabling and driving the delivery of functional transformation.
• Help optimizing Subscription Billing process and support system implementations to provide fully integrated solutions according to the IT strategy and roadmap.
• Hands on participation in problem solving and resolution of deployment conflicts, business gaps, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience with Subscription Billing Process (Applications - Zuora and Flexera)
• 3 years of experience leading projects working with multi-site cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and complete deliverables
• Operates effectively in global networks and across all IT Functions.
• Proven track record in work effectively with third parties; internal and external / supporting business objectives in a co-sourced model.
