About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to oversee the strategy, governance, and adoption of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will act as a platform owner, driving innovation, aligning technology with business needs, and ensuring value delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as the Product Owner for ServiceNow modules, managing backlog and priorities.
• Partner with business, IT, compliance, and security stakeholders to align the platform with organizational objectives.
• Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations.
• Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors, MSPs, and third-party partners.
• Oversee platform upgrades, scalability, and adoption across business units.
• Drive license optimization, budgeting, and ROI measurement to ensure cost-effective platform usage.
• Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure platform success.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security standards are embedded into platform operations.
• Balance innovation, stability, and cost-effectiveness while driving digital transformation initiatives.
