About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to oversee the strategy, governance, and adoption of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will act as a platform owner, driving innovation, aligning technology with business needs, and ensuring value delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Act as the Product Owner for ServiceNow modules, managing backlog and priorities.
- Partner with business, IT, compliance, and security stakeholders to align the platform with organizational objectives.
- Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations.
- Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors, MSPs, and third-party partners.
- Oversee platform upgrades, scalability, and adoption across business units.
- Drive license optimization, budgeting, and ROI measurement to ensure cost-effective platform usage.
- Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure platform success.
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security standards are embedded into platform operations.
- Balance innovation, stability, and cost-effectiveness while driving digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies :
68 years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Manager / Owner or in a similar role.Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and adoption.Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, etc.).Proven experience in product ownership vision, roadmap, backlog management.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, license optimization, and ROI reporting.Experience in vendor and partner management within ServiceNow ecosystem.Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and KPI measurement.Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, compliance, and security frameworks.(ref : hirist.tech)
