ServiceNow Developer - ITSM / ITOM Modules

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and configure modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others as needed.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, or MID Servers.
• Customize UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Create and manage Service Catalogs, Requests, Workflows, and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain platform stability by applying patches and upgrades.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and development processes.
