ServiceNow Architect

About the Role :

ASEC Engineers – A Verdantas Company, is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver business value through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.
