Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Surat. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, preventing retail loss, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include ensuring high customer service standards and effective communication with both customers and team members.

• Strong Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
