In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, streamlining HR operations, and supporting student and trainer coordination.As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in building strong internal teams, enhancing campus operations, and serving as a vital link between management, faculty, and students to ensure smooth academic and operational execution.Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition : Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Academic Counselors, Campus Managers, and Digital Marketing Executives. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), consultants, and social media platforms. Manage shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Campus Operations : Supervise day-to-day campus operations including batch schedules, classroom readiness, logistics, and coordination for training sessions to ensure smooth academic delivery.
- Student & Trainer Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for student-related queries. Track attendance, address academic concerns, and collaborate with trainers to ensure resource readiness and high-quality delivery.
- Industry & Academic Outreach : Build partnerships with universities and colleges for collaborations, masterclasses, and career events. These outreach efforts will help promote BIA’s brand and offerings, enabling student engagement and ultimately contributing to student enrollments.
- Job Placement Support : Liaise with companies to explore job placement opportunities for students. Represent BIA’s value proposition and connect students to relevant career pathways in the analytics field.
- HR Administration : Handle all HR documentation including contracts, onboarding paperwork, and updates to organizational policies. Maintain compliance and ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Employee Engagement & Culture : Plan team-building activities, internal events, and onboarding programs to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience : Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or campus operations.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic campus environment.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital task management tools.
