About the Role :

As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to take ownership of our HR and internal coordination tasks and act as a trusted assistant to our Managing Director . This role blends team support, task follow-ups, and culture management within a creative agency environment.

You’ll be responsible for handling people-related processes, maintaining operational flow, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the leadership. You’ll be the person everyone turns to for follow-ups, internal clarity, task tracking, and team needs — ensuring the backend of the team runs smoothly while closely supporting one of the key founders in everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities :

HR & People Support :

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining team records
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain internal HR files
• Organize team activities, birthdays, review meetings, and feedback sessions
• Help ensure a positive, structured, and growth-oriented work culture
