Job Description / Skill set :

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design

• Define and design

scalable, high-performance

Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements.

multi-cloud Salesforce implementations , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

integrations

with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware solutions.

enterprise architecture standards, governance models, and technical roadmaps .

data models, security architecture, and performance .

2. Technical Leadership & Development Oversight

coding best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques .

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL / SOSL

when needed.

CI / CD pipelines, DevOps strategies, and automated deployment processes

(Salesforce DX, Git, Copado).

code reviews

and mentor developers to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment

Salesforce releases, emerging trends, and new features , recommending innovative solutions.
