Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Salesforce Technical Architect for a 6-month contractual engagement in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, strong solution architecture skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership in design governance, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Define and enforce architecture best practices, design patterns, and integration strategies.
- Oversee system integrations, data architecture, and ensure code quality in large-scale deployments.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural leadership to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform standards, security models, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and ensure performance optimization.
- Manage DevOps processes, CI / CD pipelines, and version control Skills & Experience :
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development & Architecture.
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect on complex enterprise Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns using REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware tools, and Salesforce Connect.
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, Copado, etc.).
- Solid grasp of data security models, sharing rules, and system performance optimization in Salesforce.
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certifications (Preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing interaction skills.
Nice to Have :
