Market Research & Expansion
Conduct area-level market studies to understand rental trends, competition, and property demand.Identify potential micro-markets for expansion.Gather insights from field visits and share with management for strategy improvement.5. Revenue & Target Achievement
Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion, and closure ratios.Ensure achievement of monthly revenue, onboarding numbers, and productivity metrics.Drive performance through incentives, contests, and structured review meetings.6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations, customer support, and property inspection teams for successful handover.Maintain accurate records of field visits, closures, and client interactions.Prepare and present weekly / monthly sales performance reports to senior management.7. Quality Assurance
Ensure sales team follows company policies, pricing standards, and pitch consistency.Conduct shadow calls / visits to maintain quality in client communication.Verify that accurate property details, photos, and documents are collected from owners.8. Operational Support
Assist in resolving on-ground challenges faced by the field team.Coordinate with property managers for timely updates on onboarding status.Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations after owner sign-up.Education
