Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, developing and managing lead generation strategies, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth research, collaborating with sales teams to explore new opportunities, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to support business growth. The specialist will play a key role in driving sales opportunities and broadening the company's pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in lead generation and acquiring new leads, with a focus on quality prospects
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with potential clients and internal teams effectively
  • Experience in sales, with a focus on establishing and nurturing client relationships
  • Strong research skills to identify market trends and discover new opportunities
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to track and manage leads
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Background in the federal contracting or B2B sales market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
