Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive communicator to call and connect with businesses across the U.S., introduce them to Vibe AI’s solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, influencing decision-makers, and creating excitement about cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses during U.S. working hours
Clearly communicate Vibe AI’s offerings and value proposition
Build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team
Maintain call records and lead information accurately
Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies

Requirements :

Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, and engaging communication is a must

Persuasive communication skills – ability to spark interest and influence decisions through conversation

Experience in cold calling, telesales, or business outreach preferred

Positive attitude, high energy, and professional demeanor

Strong listening and interpersonal skills

Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours

Compensation :

Base pay + performance-based bonus (for qualified leads and conversions)
