Location : Bhopal (Work from Office)

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Lead Generation Specialist who has strong expertise in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and Business Development (BDE) . The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and contributing to overall business growth through effective communication and strategic bidding.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to acquire new projects.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, and lead databases.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to convert leads into opportunities .
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals accordingly.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM records, track progress, and meet monthly lead targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of experience in Upwork bidding, Lead Generation, and BDE roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development projects, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals and business emails.
  • Experience in handling international clients (US / UK preferred).
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
