Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Telesales Executive - Automobile. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating and nurturing leads, providing excellent customer support and service, and closing sales. The role involves consistently achieving daily and monthly targets and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
• Freshers may also apply
• Comfortable with working from office location.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in the automobile industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is advantageous
• Candidate should be from Bangalore location

Language : English and Kannada

Salary : Upto INR 18,000 per month
