Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers (sales / support / reminder / follow-up, depending on process)
- Explain products or services to customers clearly and effectively
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM tools
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call or conversion targets
- Maintain professional tone and customer focus during calls
