Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling :
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers, introducing them to products or services and gathering relevant information.
- Promote company offers, products, and services to increase customer interest and drive sales or lead generation.
- Qualify leads by engaging customers in meaningful conversations and offering solutions to their needs.
- Customer Engagement :
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication in Marathi and Hindi.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture leads for potential conversion.
- Sales & Lead Generation :
- Identify sales opportunities or cross-sell services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed sales goals or lead generation targets set by the management.
- Data Entry & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on call performance, sales, and lead generation to the team leader or manager.
- Compliance & Adherence to Process :
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards while interacting with customers.
- Adhere to all compliance regulations during the sales process and ensure customer information is securely recorded.
