We’re Hiring! Associate / Senior Associate – Customer Service(International Voice Process)

Location : Kharadi, Pune -

Shift : Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Handle international voice-based customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Provide timely and accurate information or support to customers.

Maintain service quality standards while achieving performance goals.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements :

✅ 0–4 years of experience in customer service (International BPO experience is a plus)

✅ Excellent command of English — both verbal and written

✅ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

✅ Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player

✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
