✅ Strategic Leadership & Team Management :

Develop and execute a business plan to meet placement targets.

Lead and mentor Placement Managers across multiple centers to drive performance and excellence.

Establish a culture of adherence, professionalism, and quality in placement services.

✅ Employer & Industry Engagement :

Build and strengthen relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring partners.

Identify hiring trends and position as a trusted talent provider.

Drive employer onboarding and enhance collaboration with industry leaders.

✅ Student Relations & Career Support :

Engage with learners to provide career counseling and job readiness training.

Conduct mock interviews, skill assessments, and job prep sessions.

Guide students towards paid placements and high-quality job opportunities.

✅ Operational Excellence & Performance Tracking :

Ensure timely closures of placements within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

Maintain and analyze placement statistics to drive strategic decisions.
