About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a

Head of Events

who can bring our flagship student experiences to life across 100+ schools pan-India. You’ll be the driving force behind high-energy, high-impact events like

Mekathlon

(STEM showcase),

GoCosmo

(astronomy fest), and

Artiverse

(arts extravaganza).

These events are more than just competitions - they are

strategic brand-building and marketing touchpoints

for our schools. The focus is on delivering

high-quality, engaging, and well-run competitions

that showcase our students’ talent and creativity, not just putting up a mela. You’ll also conceptualise and roll out a

Literature Festival

designed as

one flagship event per city , giving it scale, visibility, and cultural credibility.

What You’ll Do

Own the

end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution

of our flagship events across multiple schools and cities.

Partner with Arts, STEM, Astronomy, and Marketing teams to design

student-centered, content-rich event formats .

Drive schools to implement central event blueprints with

precision, timeliness, and flair .

Ensure events are

brand showcases

that strengthen parent perception and support admissions efforts.

Roll out a

city-scale litfest

that blends literary engagement with our school’s creative culture.

Track and measure event participation, engagement, and PR impact.

Innovate on formats year-on-year to keep events fresh, aspirational, and media-worthy.

Who You Are

Have

worked in or with schools

and understand how to make events magical and meaningful for kids.

An

enterprising, hands-on go-getter

who thrives on turning ideas into reality.

Comfortable wearing both

creative

and

operational

hats - from designing a panel discussion to ensuring the mic actually works.

Skilled at winning trust and buy-in from principals, teachers, and parents.

Experience in

organising high-quality student competitions or cultural events

is preferred - but

grit, drive, and creativity

matter more than long experience.
