About the Role

Bahra University is looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to lead its

Training & Placement Cell . The Director – Placement will be responsible for building strong industry linkages, driving campus recruitment, and preparing students for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute placement strategies to maximize student employability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates & recruiters.

Organize placement drives, internships, and career events.

Conduct training sessions on soft skills, resume building, and interview readiness.

Collaborate with alumni and industry experts to create opportunities.

Requirements

Master’s degree in management / HR or related field.

10–15 years of proven experience in placements / corporate relations.

Strong industry network & leadership skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
