About the Role :

Lead IT service delivery, manage infrastructure, and oversee local & global IT projects for our India business-aligned IT services, infrastructure uptime, and exceptional internal customer experience.

Responsibilities :

• Manage & deploy local IT projects; roll out global initiatives in India.
• Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, network, security, software) & service desk operations.
• Vendor management for IT services and procurement negotiations.
• Support Tally Prime operations and ERP integration.
• Ensure ITIL-based processes for incident / change / problem management.
• Manage CCTV, VC devices, and telephony systems.
• Lead and mentor IT support teams, ensuring SLA adherence.
