K12 Strategic Initiatives Manager

Purpose :

The goal of the Program Manager is to oversee business / strategic projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget. This role will also contribute to the overall planning function of the K-12 business

Role and responsibilities

• Actively contribute to building the overall plans – financial, operational, investment and strategic
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Implementing project management, including building the roadmaps, aligning goals, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Analyzing MIS across functions relevant to delivering overall goals of the K-12 business, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Defining inter dependencies within various functional leads of the K-12 business
• Calendarise reviews and oversee the development of the project, ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
• Co-creating key performance indicators for the project, sharing it and reviewing it periodically with key stakeholders and the leadership team.
