What You’ll Do
- Support the Lead – Director’s Office in day-to-day operations, coordination, and task management.
- Handle daily coordination with internal teams, external stakeholders, and admin departments.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and guest coordination for the Director’s Office.
- Maintain data trackers, dashboards, documentation, and update reports with accuracy.
- Perform routine data entry, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
- Assist in preparing briefs / plans, strategies, summaries, research & analysis for organisational projects and initiatives.
- Support execution of recurring organisational reviews, checklists, and scheduled activities.
- Draft emails, minutes, and maintain clear communication logs for the Lead – Director’s Office.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, stakeholder visits, and operational requirements.
- Handle and manage entities under Boomlet Group, including support for social media updates, website coordination, company formation procedures, documentation, and related operational activities.
- Provide general office support ensuring discipline, confidentiality, and timely task management.
