Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong operational and people management expertise to join our team as Manager - Operations.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring process excellence, implementing controls, and driving continuous improvement within the capability centre. The candidate will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the Capability Centre across Administration, finance, compliance, and support functions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, internal controls, and quality standards.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present operational insights to management.
- Partner with HR and leadership on talent acquisition, training, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide quick, sustainable solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in operations, finance, or shared services.Prior experience in capability centres, consulting, audit, or financial services preferred.Proven ability to manage teams, deliver projects, and implement process improvements.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on quality and discipline.Contact Details : 9998012638 /
