Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify current and future hiring needs in consultation with business units.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, agencies).
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
2. Recruitment Coordination
Manage and coordinate the full recruitment life cycle :Screening, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, documentation, and offer negotiation.Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring panels and candidates.Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and hiring SLAs.3. Employer Branding & Outreach
Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.Represent the organization at career fairs, campus placements, and industry events.Create and update recruitment marketing content (job ads, videos, testimonials).4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and candidate databases.Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).Present regular reports to management on hiring status and challenges.5. Process Improvement & Compliance
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, diversity standards, and labor regulations.Assist in improving recruitment SOPs and candidate engagement practices.Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.Qualifications & Experience :
Education :MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalentExperience :2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (healthcare hiring experience is a plus)Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategiesGood interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in using ATS, HRMS tools, and MS OfficeUnderstanding of labor laws and hiring best practicesStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skillsSkills Required
