Job descriptionFull Lifecycle Oversight : Own and drive the project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget. Risk Management : Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks related to infrastructure dependencies, vendors, and technical execution. Secure all necessary resources and manage dependencies effectively. Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, maintaining transparent communication with business sponsors, technical teams, and vendors. Methodology Adherence : Ensure all project activities and artifacts strictly align with chosen Project Management methodologies (Agile and / or Waterfall), driving discipline and predictability in delivery. Certification Requirement : Application of knowledge gained from professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) is required
We are seeking an expert-level Project Manager IT Infrastructure to lead complex, high-impact projects in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- This role demands 7+ years of experience managing critical IT initiatives, including cloud migration, data center upgrades, and disaster recovery (DR) implementations.
- The ideal candidate must be adept at defining all aspects of project delivery and ensuring strict adherence to established Project Management Methodologies (Agile / Waterfall), backed by relevant professional certifications.
Key Responsibilities & Project Project Critical Project Management : Directly manage and lead complex IT infrastructure projects, with primary focus areas including large-scale cloud migration, data center modernization / upgrades, and comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
