We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a strong background in the U.S. Healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects using Agile / Scrum frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other U.S. healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and engineering teams for seamless integration and deployment
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients
