Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Stay updated on NBFC and RBI regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and prepare regular reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in conducting compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Support investigations of compliance-related issues, preparing reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on compliance priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or CS (Company secretary)Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations, especially in NBFCs.2-4 years of experience in a compliance function, internal audit, or a related area.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
