Essential Qualifications
1. Professional Qualification : Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent.
2. Experience : Relevant experience in a company secretarial role, preferably in a public limited company.
3. Knowledge : Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance practices.
