Agentic AI for Manufacturing Intelligence

We’re a start up in stealth mode based in Germany and founded by IIT Delhi & RWTH Aachen Alumni.

We are building the future of manufacturing intelligence enabling manufacturers to make their machines think, sense, and learn. Our mission is to transform industrial quality control using AI, edge sensing, and data intelligence , creating a closed-loop ecosystem that continuously improves manufacturing quality and efficiency.

We are an early-stage startup backed by strong domain experience in AI, Manufacturing Intelligence, and Applied Sciences — and now, we’re looking for a technical co-founder to join us in scaling this vision.

As the Co-founder & CTO , you’ll lead the technical direction and product development from concept to scalable platform alongside our CEO. You’ll architect our AI-driven sensing solutions, build a strong engineering culture, and shape our long-term technology strategy.

Lead end-to-end product development — from prototype to deployable industrial solutions.

Design and build our core AI platform , including data pipeline, model training, and edge deployment.

Oversee software and hardware integration (if applicable), ensuring scalable architecture.

Collaborate closely with the business co-founder to align tech roadmap with customer needs.

Recruit, mentor, and grow an exceptional technical team.

Represent start up tech discussions, investor meetings, and partner collaborations.

Ideal Background

5+ years of experience in AI / ML field, Industrial AI is bonus (but not necessary)

Hands-on experience in Python, RAG, PyTorch / TensorFlow, data engineering, or edge AI .

Hands on experience building and deploying GenAI product from scratch to production

Familiar with manufacturing, industrial automation use-cases (preferred).

Experience in startup environments or having built scalable software platforms.

Strong problem-solving, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
