The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align tech strategy with business goals, guide the development of scalable products, and implement cutting-edge technologies that position us for future growth. Candidate should possess strong expertise in leveraging the latest technologies to create new and enhanced product features that drive innovation and business value.ResponsibilitiesLead of a Software Product Development team, Quality Assurance team, UI / UX Team, Business Intelligence Team, AL-ML Team.Act as a strategic guide to Product Managers, driving scalable, user-focused solutions.Champion creative problem-solving and adopt emerging technologies for competitive advantage.Be the product and innovation driver shaping our future through technology leadership.Build and mentor high-performing tech teams with a focus on agile, product-first development.Develop Product vision roadmaps that outline the planned features and enhancements of products, prioritizing them based on customer and business needs.Development and Continuous enhancement of Product Architecture and Framework.Develop and maintain product development processes, procedures and documentation to ensure quality and timely delivery.Develop and maintain product design documents, requirements, and specifications.Develop technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to improve existing software.Ensuring product security and data protection.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in ERP Product Development & 5 years as HOD from Product Development organization.Good understanding of ERP Software Product Development / SAAS.Effective Leadership Skills with business acumen.Strong analytical, problem-solving & innovative skills.Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present complex ideas or technical solutions with ease.Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies & latest technologies.Knowledge of AI / ML / Low Code will be an added advantage.Required SkillsProduct built on Programming languages : Asp.Net, MVC, C#, Angular 16, SQL, excellent Oops concept, Data and Business Intelligence Software’s, Cloud / Server Technologies, PAAS Services, Application Hardware sizing.ERP Product Development.Manage product development timelines, budgets and resources.Should have experience in managing multiple products simultaneously.
