Co-founder / Founding CTO

About the Role

We’re expanding our founding team to accelerate the next phase of our AI-driven wealth-tech product(diversifi.in).

Our private beta is live, our SEBI RIA application is submitted, and we’re now looking for a technical co-founder / founding CTO to own product and platform end-to-end.

You’ll be a part of the founding team working on building and scaling an AI portfolio copilot for Indian equity investors - transforming earnings transcripts, filings, and market data into clear portfolio insights, risk alerts, and allocation nudges.

What You’ll Do

Lead product architecture and engineering roadmap from 0→1→N

Scale backend systems (Python / FastAPI, Postgres, GCP) powering our AI workflows

Integrate LLM / RAG pipelines into production environments

Build data pipelines for financial data ingestion and summarization

Collaborate with finance and AI experts on quant models and feature launches

You Might Be a Fit If You

Have 6–12 years of experience shipping production systems in startups

Are hands-on with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, GCP

Have worked with or are curious about LLM / RAG / AI agent frameworks

Have a bias for action and are ready to optimise for speed >

Are interested in markets, investing, or fintech innovation

Structure & Benefits

Equity : 12–20% (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)

Compensation : Modest cash after friends-and-family bridge closes

Location : Bangalore or Remote (India)

Start : 30–60 days (aligned to notice period)
