About the Position

Somireddy Law Group is looking to hire experienced and recent law graduates who have a keen interest in gaining exposure to the practical application of American and International Law specifically in

U.S Wills and Trusts

matters. The work profile may be diverse and may not be restricted to a particular set of assignments.

Job Duties - Wills and Trusts Paralegal :

Provide comprehensive paralegal support to US-based estate planning attorneysPrepare drafts of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives under attorney supervisionAssist with trust administration and probate documentationCreate and maintain asset inventories and beneficiary designationsDraft correspondence to clients regarding estate planning mattersTrack important deadlines for estate and trust administrationPrepare transfer documents for funding trustsOrganize and maintain digital client files and estate planning documentsConduct factual research on property and assetsAssist in preparing estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returnsCoordinate document execution meetings across time zonesCreate family tree charts and beneficiary diagramsCompile and organize financial records for estate administrationMaintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive client informationPrepare preliminary drafts of trust accountingsCommunicating with Clients in US and India

Eligibility

1. Must be a Law Graduate (Bachelors or Masters) from a recognized university;2. Must possess professional fluency in English, both written and verbal;3. Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills;4. Must possess necessary research and analytical skills;5. Must possess interpretative and legal drafting skills;6. Should possess excellent communication skills with willingness to learn;7. Should be a good team player;8. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Duration

Please note that the duration of this Job Opportunity is a minimum of Two years.

You will have to work from our Office (Night Shift) located at PSR Prime Towers, adjacent to the DLF Building, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
