Job DescriptionAs a
Sales Manager
at Pehel Specialities, you will engage with R&D teams to position our excipients in formulations and work with commercial teams to negotiate pricing and close deals. The role combines technical sales with commercial relationship-building, requiring strong product knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive long-term partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresent and promote Pehel’s excipients to R&D and formulation teams.Identify technical needs and support product evaluations and trials.Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.Engage with procurement and sourcing teams to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.Coordinate internally to ensure timely samples, documentation, and order fulfillment.Track opportunities, follow up regularly, and drive conversion from trial to commercial supply.Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
QualificationsBPharm / DPharm / MPharm MBA is a plus.Minimum 2 years work experience in sales.Strong technical understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and excipients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.Willingness to travel as required.Should be a digital native
