Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
HR Strategy Alignment : Collaborate with factory leadership to implement HR strategies that align with factory goals.
Talent Management : Lead recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies for factory personnel.
Employee Relations : Act as a liaison between factory employees and management, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work culture.
Performance Management : Support the performance appraisal process and guide managers on employee development.
Training & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to enhance factory productivity.
Compliance & Policies : Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations, and factory policies.
Employee Engagement : Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention within the factory.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
Experience : 5-10 years of HR experience, with 3-5 years in an HRBP or HR management role within a manufacturing environment.
Skills : Strong understanding of factory HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
