Job descriptionPolymer Expertise : Polypropylene : Precoloured Talcfilled Unfilled Glassfilled. Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) : Precoloured Talcfilled Glassfilled FRfilled. Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) : Precoloured Unfilled FRfilled. Polyamide / Nylon : Precoloured Unfilled Glassfilled. Masterbatches : White Black Additive Colour and Performance. Proven experience in managing production processes in a polymer manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities. Familiarity with safety and maintenance protocols for production equipment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Production Monitoring :
- Oversee daily production processes addressing process breakdowns and resolving ongoing issues.
- Update and maintain daily production reports.
- Team Collaboration :
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production status and challenges.
- Investigate problems analyze root causes and define CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Process Improvement :
- Recommend changes in workflow operations and equipment to enhance production efficiency.
- Schedule and ensure maintenance of safety interlocks for new project equipment.
- Inventory and Scheduling :
- Manage production schedules and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Documentation :
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
