Leadership : Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team when required. Driver's License : A valid driver's license is preferred. Role Description
Asian Xpress is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Acquisition Manager to spearhead our driver-owned cab attachment initiative. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding our fleet by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding independent cab owners to partner with Asian Xpress for operational growth. This role is pivotal in strengthening our presence in the cab segment by ensuring a steady inflow of well-maintained vehicles operated by reliable driver-partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fleet Expansion : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire driver-owned cabs and attach them to the Asian Xpress network.
- Driver-Partner Recruitment : Identify and engage with prospective driver-partners to explain the benefits of partnering with Asian Xpress.
- Onboarding Process : Facilitate the onboarding process for new driver-partners, including documentation, vehicle inspections, and compliance checks.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with driver-partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand competitive rates, incentives, and trends in the cab industry to stay ahead of competitors.
- Compliance : Ensure that all vehicles meet Asian Xpress's operational standards and government regulations.
- Incentive Program Development : Design and implement incentive programs to attract and retain driver-partners.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of new driver-partners into the system.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on fleet growth, driver-partner performance, and market conditions.
