Position Summary with Job Responsibilities
Purpose of the position / Position Summary :
The primary role of the position is to act as Business finance for FMS department. To discharge the role, she / he needs to have zeal for following activities :
- Preparation of various Financial Reports and MIS with deep dive analysis to support decision making at different levels of Management Hierarchy.
- Understanding of key business ( DTC , CTU, MMRDA & OTHER EV AMC contracts ) processes and activities
- In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting of Transactions
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Reporting on monthly basis for vehicular business ( FMS , DTC , AMC & OTHER CONTRACTS)
- Analysis of different expenses with variance analysis ( FME & OFC)
- Thorough knowledge of SAP specially for AR / AP & EXCEL / WORD / POWER POINT
- Inventory & Receivables |Financial evaluation of Business Cases based on costing for different contracts
