Job Description :

Altitude Quest Travels is looking for Spanish-speaking US Air Travel Consultants with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist Spanish-speaking clients with air travel bookings, provide travel-related support, and ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations for Spanish-speaking US clients.
Provide detailed information on fares, travel policies, and regulations.
Assist customers with baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for flight reservations.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special requests.
Ensure adherence to US travel regulations and company standards.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in air travel consulting or a similar role.

Skills :

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Language : Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Availability : Willingness to work in night shifts aligning with US time zones.
